Pilates for Dancers

Pilates for Dancers are Pilates based sessions tailored specifically for the needs of the dancer. Taught by a former professional dancer, aerialist and dance teacher, Sophie uses Pilates, fitness and dance methods to teach dancers how their bodies are designed to move and provide them with strategies to implement during their dance classes to further their training and achieve more efficient movement patterns.

The perfect way to create strength and length, assist returning to dance after an injury or learn how to better manage long term injuries or imbalances in the dancer’s body, these sessions are suitable for students and professional dancers aged 12 and above.

Session Times:

Monday   5.00pm

Friday       5.30pm
